The library is open every morning from 7:45am-8:00am daily, during 1st recess, and after school daily until 3:00pm, and 1:30pm on Wednesdays. Students are also able to borrow books during their class's scheduled library time.

Kindergarten: Thursday/Friday
1st Grade: Friday
2nd Grade: Tuesday
3rd Grade: Thursday
4th Grade: Friday
5th Grade: Tuesday
Overdue Books
Library books will be checked out for a period of 7 days (or until the next class visit if school is not in session on due date). When a book becomes overdue, borrowing privileges will be blocked until the book is returned. If a book is damaged or lost, students are liable for charges incurred to repair or replace the book.
Accelerated Reader
Ali‘iolani School participates in the Accelerated Reader (AR) program to track and manage the progress of each student, Online AR quizzes, monitored at school, help students to set and reach their goals. Please help us encourage students to read books in their reading range for 15-20 minutes every day.
