We are incredibly proud to share that Bianca, a 3rd grader here at Aliʻiolani Elementary, has been selected as a scholar for the Clarence T. C. Ching PUEO Program at Punahou School!
Bianca has been identified as a scholar with strong character, academic and leadership ability. In partnership with our school and Bianca's family, The Clarence T. C. Ching PUEO Program at Punahou School aims to provide a multi-year year academic scholarship to support her through middle and high school toward the goal of college readiness.
We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish, Bianca!

Spelling Bee
Congratulations to our Spelling Bee classroom winners and Regional Qualifiers!! Aliʻiolani's first ever School Bee was held yesterday, with 8 classroom winners from grades 4 and 5. Out of the 8, we will be sending 2 students to the Regional Bee.
Not to be left out, grades 1-3 will have their own classroom bees as well! Stay tuned!

Drone Fly-Over
Kami ay mapalad na nakilala kami kay John Johnson sa pamamagitan ng aming Friends of Ali'iolani (FOA) President na sina Mr. at Mrs. Chong.
Nagawa ni John na kinunan ang aming paaralan mula sa 400 talampakan gamit ang kanyang drone at nakakuha ng ilang kamangha-manghang mga larawan na nagbibigay-daan sa aming makita ang pisikal na espasyo ng aming paaralan sa ibang liwanag. Nakuha rin niya ang lahat ng mga mag-aaral at kawani sa isang malaking "A" na may Diamond Head at ang tanawin ng lungsod ng Honolulu sa background.
Lubos kaming nagpapasalamat kay John sa pagbibigay ng kanyang oras at lakas at ginawang tunay na gawa ng sining ang aming paaralan para makita ng lahat.
